The manufacturing methods and processes of the above molds are not available and mastered by every enterprise. When choosing a cooperating manufacturer, it is necessary to understand its processing capabilities, not only by its hardware equipment, but also by considering its management level, processing experience and technical strength.

For the same set of molds, the quotations obtained by different manufacturers are different. You should not pay more than the cost of the mold, nor should it be less than the cost of the mold. Ordering a set of molds with a much lower quotation would be the beginning of the trouble. Users must proceed from their own requirements and comprehensively measure.

A mold with a qualified test piece may not be able to produce a batch of qualified products. It is mainly related to the selection of the part processing machine tool, the forming process, the temperature, the time and the technical level of the operator. If you have a good mold, you must also have a good forming process. It is best to work in one-stop cooperation and avoid multi-head cooperation as much as possible. If the conditions are not met, it is necessary to choose one party to be fully responsible, and it must be clearly stated when signing the contract.
