How can we effectively improve the precision management of molds during mold processing? First of all, we must know which factors affect the processing accuracy of injection molds.

1. Dimensional accuracy factor
Dimensional accuracy refers to the actual working size of the machined part and the tolerance size and range of the part. Accuracy is controlled by dimensional tolerance, which is the allowable deviation of part size during CNC cutting. When the basic dimensions are the same, the smaller the dimensional tolerance, the higher the dimensional accuracy.

2. Shape Accuracy Factor
Shape accuracy refers to the degree of coincidence between the actual geometric structure of the surface of the processed product part and the ideal geometric model shape. There are 6 items to evaluate the shape and accuracy, such as straightness, flatness, roundness, cylindricity and line profile. Different precision of shape has shape tolerance management control. With the exception of roundness and cylindricity, all of these form tolerances are classified into 12 accuracy requirement classes.

3. Location accuracy factor
Position accuracy refers to the difference between the research surface of the machined parts and the actual working position and accuracy of the enterprise. The accuracy of position information is evaluated in eight aspects: parallelism, perpendicularity, inclination, coaxiality, symmetry, position, circular runout and full runout. The positional positioning accuracy is controlled by the positional tolerance, and the positional tolerance of various uses is divided into 12 accuracy evaluation grades.
